Very disappointed with the estes park central management. we stayed at the rocky mountain peak view house for a family reunion. The house was OK, basement was poorly maintained, bad rugs in bathroom, outside traffic made it impossible to sit in the small porch. Cleaning company did not do a good job at all. The house cleaning fee was 200 dollars for 3 nghts. At check out I personally cleaned all the dishes and put in the dishwasher and cleaned the house off the garbage and left in the garage. The cleaning ladies did not even put away the garbage and the garage is overflowing with plastic bags. On top off it, the managemwent charged me extra $ 39.50 for dishes uncleaned. I never left a single dish in the sink and loaded the dishwasher and I am pretty sure turned it on before I left to the airport to catch my flight. They deducted $39.50 from my $500 deposit. I am going to fight for it back. Poor service and bad treatment. Never happened to me in my previous house rental with any other management

I write this review only after I have given Estes Park Central multiple chances to correct their mistakes. My family and I rented Deer Mountain Retreat. From day one the lights in the addition to the cabin were flickering. On the last night we smelled electrical burning in another bedroom. We located the electrical box which was hidden under a curtain (fire hazard) and extension rod. It was 12:30am, and we decided to call the company. After multiple attempts we didn't get through. So, we called the non-emergency fire department line. They sent out a fireman who told us that the electrical box was hot. He even showed us with a thermal pen. We could even see sparks in the electrical box. He stated that it would probably have started a fire! The fireman turned off the breaker so a fire wouldn't start and we had no electricity in the addition for the remainder of our stay. He was also upset no one was answering from the company, and said they need a 24 hour service desk for these situations. The next morning, a lady from the company called me back. She stated that they turn off phones from 9pm-9am and will send someone to look into the problem. She also stated that she would have someone contact me about the experience, in which case no one did. I have sent multiple emails and calls to finally get through to someone! This is the only response I have received, an email from Mr. Rainer the president of Estes Park Central that reads... "Kristie, I am aware that there was an electrical issue during the last night you stayed at Deer Mountain Retreat. I am sorry that you had this experience. Neither you, the owner or EPC could have anticipated this issue. There was also an issue with our 24 hour answering system. I am aware that you were not able to get a hold of us. This has been resolved. We credit your account $50 as a result of your experience. Rainer President" $50 for a night that was ruined. We were unable to go to bed until 2:30 am, and had to drive for hours in the morning. This was an electrical issue that could of had grave consequences if we didn't call for help! EPC was not of any help to us during the situation, nor after. The worst customer service! They really should be ashamed and embarrassed by the way they have handled this situation.

We stayed at an Estes Park Central cabin this past New Years and had a terrible experience with our place. First off, I had several questions before my arrival date but my emails and phone calls went ignored. So I arrived 30 minutes early to make sure everything was okay and discovered a filthy residence. I had to wash the dishes and the sheets had yellow stains on them (probably urine who knows). Cobwebs hung on the ceiling and after trying to reach someone on the phone I decided not to ruin my vacation and find another place but suck it up. I thought perhaps they will discount my stay but then 5 days later, I get a snarky email telling me I arrived 30 minutes early and thus I lose $100 on my damage deposit. Key word is damage deposit which should never be used to penalize someone for such a minor infraction. Your cabin is filthy, you are not a 5 star hotel! They had this info buried in the fine print of the rental agreement which I never signed. The people who run these cabins are seriously the worst people I have ever dealt with and I hope no one ever stays with them. It's a shame that people like this ruin Estes Park.

“Whispering Pines in the Rockies - Stunning 3 Bed 2 Bath, Short Walk to River, Pets, Views, Wildlife” Gorgeous, Spacious Sparkling Mountain View Home 2 min away from Rocky MT NP in magical Estes Park CO ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here to photograph mountain landscape and wildlife, the gorgeous home was FABULOUS. Sparkling clean, well-stocked with everything you would hope and need (soap and shampoo, laundry soap, excellent WiFi and cable). Everyone at the leasing company was above-beyond excellent . I would recommend this beautiful and luxurious mountain condo for anyone. The gar w/remote is an extra-nice feature and accommodates disable or handicapped as there are two bedroom, full bath and laundry on the ground floor. Stunningly decorated and deliciously comfortable furniture, full kitchen with black granite and blond wood throughout. Being in Estes Park (Narnia) I took amazing photos of elk, mule deer, mountain birds right through the window. The balcony overlooks a conservation mountainside meadow with a tree-screen covering the road. Great wildlife photos as wildlife regularly grazes and birds are plentiful. Huge window in living room overlooks Rocky Mountains. Beautiful home.

We had a great trip! This was my second time to stay at Top of The World. I love the hot tub and the amazing view! I wish another bed could be added instead of the "game room". I have used you guys for about a decade and really appreciate the variety and quality choices that you provide!
