We can give you the tools you need to understand the rules of etiquette and become skilled at using them at home and in the workplace.
Our classes offer lessons in proper introductions, correct handshake, eye contact, conversation skills, phone etiquette, thank you notes, proper attire, interviewing skills, manners, dining etiquette and more.
In addition we create a global, cultural awareness, by sharing differences in attitudes and customs between the United States and people in other regions of the world. Training content can be tailored to meet the needs of an individual or a specific group.
