My 1st time here, recommended by a friend. Box braids done in less than 3 hours. Neat and very tight though. Looks good. No complaints here👌 It's downtown, so be prepared to pay to park, and only cash is accepted.

I absolutely love love love this place I've been coming here for yearssss I used to bring my daughter as well great service, friendly I was never disappointed when I came. I definitely recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed I guarantee you. #ettascustomerforlife

Well, I am giving this place a mixed review. Before stepping foot in this place I called. I asked if they did nubian twists. I was told they did. But, when I arrived I was told they dont. Second, when I sat in the chair I was quoted a price but never told it was cash only. So, when they were half way through they asked for payment.  Needless to say I had to find an ATM machine, looking like a homeless character out of an old karate movie. Once the next high paying customer came in I was rushed out of the chair. Oh, I forgot to mention that I foumd about four or five curlers in my hair after traveling to Hunt Valley on the lightrail.  Well, I didn't find the, a young lady was looking at me laughing. So, I wonder what rhe hell was funny. Turned out the light blue curlers were. Not only did I look crazy on Saratoga Street. I lookes crazy in Hunt Valley too. This was my first and last time using thier services. My hair looks great but the quality of the hair sucks. It makes me itch and is driving crazy.
