I've switched over from another statefarm and I have loved jons office and all there staff have been super nice. I have Kristin as my normal person, she is so helpful and cheerful . I feel like family here . Jon has been so helpful. I have car insurance and hospitice and life . And I love it my insurance has never been higher then $60 . Thanks to u for that bundle deal... by the way if u sign up for the hospice insurance say u get injured on the job and have to spend the night at hospital insurance will pay u $250 that night... thanks girls your amazing . But KRISTIN is Best .

Jon Rader is the type of man that you want to give your business to. I have him write all my auto, home, RV and umbrella policies because I trust him and I know he has my best interests in mind. He communicates quickly when I need to talk to him, and he reaches out often when there's a money saving option I should know about. I'm currently re-financing the loan on my RV through Jon because he got me a better rate than I got from the dealership, AND gap insurance is included when you finance through State Farm. I cannot say enough good things about State Farm as a company and Jon Rader as an agent. This is who you should be working with whenever you need insurance.

stay away frm the blonde up front. she reels young people like me in with an awesome price then tries saying she accidently input birthday or years licensed in wrong etc etc etc and thats why the price now doubled!!! but its ok because she can get me a 2% discount if I also buy other types of insurance. why would I buy anything else from you? ill probably get harassed by her for this review which is also illegal like reeling people in is...

Excellent customer service, everyone in the office is very attentive. Denise is very knowledgeable and is ready for any questions I may have. I recommend this office to anyone seeking one of the many services they offer! Very personable office & staff!

This office offers everything and by everything I mean everything. They do auto, home, life insurance and AUTO AND HOME LOANS with extremely competitive rates + amazing customer service. Search no more go get yourself everything in one office. I usually always talk to Denise but everyone else is also extremely helpful and willing to help
