The company had its humble beginings as a family-owned ammunition manufacturer and has and has grown into a full on outfitter with a heavy emphasis on customer care and satisfaction. A very smooth and fair trade. No haggling. No hard sales pitch. They listened, allowed me time to think and compare. A great trade up to a 40 cal from a 38 sock, and only a $50 difference. Easy going. No pressure.

I was in Euless for work and that evening I had some time so thought I'd check out Euless Guns and Ammo with absolutely zero intentions of buying a gun. (If you don't want to read the rest, I bought a gun and I'm taking time go write a 5 star review, 100% will go there again and highly recommend!) Seth was very helpful and knowledgeable, we got talking about 3 gun competition and he showed me a few guns that would be perfect for me. Every question I had with no hesitation he had a great answer. There was no pressure from any of the staff members to buy but they made the decision very easy that I wanted to buy from their store because of the great customer service! I highly recommend that if you're a gun person and in the area to stop by. I ended up with a Walther Q5 Match 9mm

Took my AR in a couple months ago to get a stubborn gas block removed and have them install a piston kit. Did a suitable job. I did not receive my old parts back including the bolt carrier group. Not a big deal because I won't use them again, but even lawn mower repair shops give you back your old air filters.

Usually don't give 5 star ratings as I have been highly trained in sales & customer service. These folks know how to treat customers. I was acknowledged with a hello and eye contact immediately upon entering the store. It was obvious these folks were very knowledgeable about firearms. I found the parking easy and adequate. The interior of the store is displayed with a large supply of firearms. Their items (including firearms) were clearly identified with a description and price. The usual glass case handgun displays had each firearm tagged & labeled with the tag facing up..Amazing!. Very clean and well organized. I am not a firearm guru but the prices seemed very competitive. They have a wide variety of low budget items up to the most expensive. Stop by, you will be glad you did.
