Was needing a small microwave and i found the perfect one here. An LG. Bob in appliances gave us great customer service. He actually plugged it in for me so i could see how the touch pad worked and he was quite knowledgeable on the brand.

So we were doing an almost impossible task of making a cold air intake for an old car that they don't make parts for anymore. I was looking at ducts and an employee named john i think he said he was from lumber. Stopped to ask if i needed help (only one that asked) i explained what i was trying to do and told him we had to make one from scratch and think way outside the box. He was up for it right away. We went all over the store looking for things eventually landed with a long shot idea. But it worked and he was super helpful. We got it done and the intake is made. Duct, plastic vent, and a fuzzy's cup. Lol

The employees are rude and don't take time to show good customer service. There excuses are this ain't my department I'll get someone for you. That someone never shows up. I've tooking my business to Lowe's with is so far a better experience.

Pretty solid Home Depot. Seems to have every brand of the same tool. Thought they had less wood types than other Home Depots in the area but I may be mistaken. Will come back.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean, But had several items in the isles on sale. I did not feel this was safe.
