This is the worst FTD florist to do business with. They do not make the arrangement you order/ pay for AND you wouldn't know it if the recipient doesn't send you a picture of what they received. Not even CLOSE to what I ordered!! Unethical,  dishonest , and FTD doesn't find out unless you find out and tell them. Shame on you Eureka Florist! I hope you lose your contract with FTD.  ONE star is too good for you!

YEAH!! Better Than Expected!! THANK YOU!! My niece had a surgery down in the Bay Area first part of August & when she returned to her home in Fortuna I wanted to make sure she had some cheerful balloons to wake up to every day! I figured balloons would b alot of fun for a 7 year old but I had no idea what florist to use. Eureka is a tad further away from Fortuna but when I spoke to the sweet woman on the phone she assured me she could put a really fun bouquet to cheer my sweet niece up so I said, "let's do it"! OO-MM-GEEE !! My sister-in-law sent me a pic & said how GORGEOUS & FUN my niece is having looking at them!! Thank You Eureka Florist for everything & when I'm done with this review I plan on ordering some flowers for my Mother-in-law who is in the hospital across the street at St. Joseph's in Eureka! I KNOW you'll do an amazing job!!

Helpful and took the time to help despite me coming in after they were closing, didn't buy anything at the time but i do plan on returning .  Would recommend to a friend

The $65 Christmas arrangement advertised that there were roses in it, but they sent it without roses, just carnations. I'm assuming they thought I would not know what was sent, considering I live in AZ. I complained and the best they would do for me is $10 reimbursed, with an attitude. I think that's very poor considering that's not what I ordered, it was Christmas and roses were the primary flower. I wouldn't have ordered this without roses. Very poor business practice, I will not use them again.
