I gave them one star only because the system wouldn't allow me to give them none. HORRIBLE experience. I left an dress to be cleaned at the end of the summer season and forgot to pick it up. They never contacted me and now they say I owe 50.00 late charge. They want me to pay them 85.00 for a dress that I paid 35-40 for. PLEASE avoid this place at all cost.
They could also use some customer training for their front end person.

Took my expensive European off white organic cotton pants to this place and I got it back with stains that were not there when I took it. It was actual dirtier than when I took it there. Worst service ever.  No remorse or apologies.

Awesome place to have drycleaning/laundry done... great staff and my drycleaning etc. is always on time if not early.  best in town, hands down !

Worst dry cleaning services I have ever experienced. The women are incredibly rude to their customers, their prices and policies change daily, and your clothes will be ready whenever they feel like getting it done; which could be weeks, whether its dry cleaning or wash/dry/fold. And you might not even get all of your clothes back. Avoid this place if you value yourself, your money, or your clothes.
