I've been to Central Asia, and from the moment you sit down at this restaurant the way the waitstaff passive-aggressively ignores you is exactly how I remember it. . Not only this, but the absence of key representative items listed on the menu cannot be understated. Samsa? Niet. Laghman? Niet. Shashlyk? Niet. Kompot? Niet. Kvas? Niet. Ayran? Niet. "Tell me what you DO have, then?" is how I recommend you order. These attributes combined, I can without hesitation say that this restaurant is absolutely authentic - and this is what you are looking for. FYI the item shortage is apparently attributed to the fact that Tuesdays/Wednesdays are the first day(s) back from their weekly Monday holiday. Therefore if there are many customers, the solo chef cannot prepare these items before dinner time. However I was assured that from Thursday onward, most of the menu would be available. The food itself is outstanding. The flavors are precisely how they taste back in the old country. Albeit not Central Asian cuisine, the beef stroganoff is a highly recommended item. Come to EuroAsia for a nostalgic visit of what amazing tasting food with ambiguously demeanored staff is truly like 🇰🇿 🇰🇬 🇹🇯 🇺🇿 🇹🇲 🇷🇺
