Typically a pretty great place for vegetables and fruits. We have been burned by the red seedless grapes the past two time we have bought them there.  Meat market and the produce is why we come here.  Great products at reasonable prices.

EuroFresh used to be THE place to go in Palatine for fresh produce, good meat, and locally made pasta, ravioli and tortellini. Everything was always fresh and good. The only thing lacking was their bakery. There wasn't much to choose from. It was everything you wanted from an independent grocery store. And then five or six years ago, EuroFresh was bought by Piggy Wiggly, the grocery conglomeration.  The fresh pastas are gone. The produce is no better or different from what anyone else carries. Their prices are still better than most other stores and they still carry a lot of European brands, but no longer carry some of the hard to find items they used to have. One thing that has improved is their bakery. There are more local and in store baked products. Their meat and deli sections have always been and continue to be excellent.

Our family has been shopping at EUROFRESH market for about 22 years.  As from day one,
the staff there is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the food items offered at EUROFRESH.  I always make it a point to stop there for our groceries and bakery items no matter where I’m at.  And as the name implies yes everything is always very fresh!  Thank you EUROFRESH  MARKET.

Not much different than Jewel Osco. So it's a decent grocery store.

This store has gone down hill in the last few years.  The deli staff is slow and has very bad attitudes.  The produce is poor quality and the meat & fish are just bad.  Prices have been higher now too.
