I love shopping at Mariano's in Palatine. The store is clean & the vegetables and fruit are fresh. The employees are all friendly and remember your name when you go back multiple times like me. The best part about shopping at Mariano's is being able to pick up or drop off your prescriptions. Steve the pharmacist is awesome. He always has a smile on his face he remembers me and goes and gets my prescription right away. I always I have a smile on my face when I leave the store.

Avoid this location unless you enjoy waiting 30 min in line at the one open register and dealing with lazy, unprofessional management.

I have no idea what the other 5 star reviews are even talking about. I'd rather go to Jewel than this location. The Arlington Heights location is miles ahead of this one.

Nice selection of fruits and veggies. I have shopped here countless time and the experience is always positive.

I have been in Mariano’s when managers have openly criticized their checkers and baggers about the wrong shoes, stuff no customer cares about -i was appalled as a customer at how unprofessional that was- what the managers need to be concerned about is the lack of speedy service at the deli counter- I have been frequenting Mariano’s since it opened and your deli service has not improved- I have complained verbally that anyone on their lunch hour has to consider going to Eurofresh instead because your workers aren’t cuttin’ it-  said manager replied, that she didn’t know anything about that- I’m sure she doesn’t when she is perfectly happy dishing her employees in front of customers-  Either hire more than two people on a Sat afternoon or go get training from Eurofresh-
