From our initial phone contact with Gina to the completion of our couples massage, pedicures and haircut, this was by far the best spa experience my wife and I have ever had.  Gina went above and beyond before and during our visit,  Natalie and Tatiana were fantastic as was our pedicurists and hairstylist (sorry, I should have wrote down all the names, but you know who you are).  Being here on vacation and not knowing anyone, the entire staff made us feel welcome and appreciated. Beautiful facility, great service, who could ask for more....Thanks y'all!

This was the best salon experience I've ever had. The experience from start to finish was pleasant. Gina is excellent and Elvira did my friend and I's nails. She was wonderful and really took her time. Beautiful decor and wonderful staff. We're from way up north and this will be our nail spot when we vacation again! This is how a business should be ran!! Excellent.

I am new to the Palm Coast area, and finding a new salon is always daunting. I called Europa and asked for an individual who specializes in short, stylish hair cuts for women. I was told Chris was the guy to go too. I have had horrible experiences with new salons, but Chris exceeded all expectations. He did an absolutely phenomenal job with my hair. I highly recommend Chris.

In town for a couple weeks visiting family and I didn't have time for a haircut before leaving. I was assigned to Ilana for a men's cut. Really impressed. Her attention to detail was immaculate. Bravo!
