THE PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED NO STARS AT ALL
Have been a customer for 2 years and today I went in and was logged in by a nice older lady and they made an error. I sat there and watched 3 people get called before me that were logged in after me and I finally ask this short over weight girl when will I get my hair cut. She pointed to a list of names they have on a monitor and my name was not there. I said my name is not there and she said we will take you next. Well that was so unprofessional because she just called a guy that just came in and he was standing there when she said to me we will take you next. What she should have said was I'm sorry sir and let the guy that just got called up that he will be next. No this idiot told me I would be next. They lost me as a customer and this short overweight girl needs to show some respect and just learn to do what is right. They made not just one error but 2 when this idiot did what she did. The guy that stood there was an idiot also because I would have said you go first if I heard what happened but he was  a real dimwit and I had to leave because I was going to let him know what an idiot he was also. He new I was before him.

This place is awful! I dont think anyone knows how to cut hair here! I will never return! My boys hair looks horrible and for a wedding. Had to take them to Ricky's to try and fix the damage they did! This is why they did not receive a tip..if you can't cut hair right then find something you Can do! I am so mad..as a single mother my money is tight and I had to pay for 4 hair cuts because of this place ..I wish I could get my money back! Please please please never use this place it will be the biggest mistake!

I've been a regular customer since they've opened at this location.  I generally check-in on-line, run an errand or two, then stop by for a haircut.  Their website clearly reminds you that on-line check-in isn't an appointment.  Fair enough.  I showed up an hour and five minutes after checking in and I had been removed from the computer.  Now, if checking in isn't an appointment  why would it be cancelled?  I was offered to wait but there were four people ahead of me.  I'm done.

Omg Jazz is magnificent. She was super funny and did a better job on my hair than Ulta's salon. Plus it costed $86 dollars less. I have had some horrific haircuts years ago and literally was just gonna keep it at a trim only but I am so glad that Jazz recommended layers. Great clips give this girl a promotion and a raise...she is super talented.
