I called European wax Center to ask a few questions and I spoke to Joy. Well they sure have the right person answering there phones. Right away I got the impression of a happy inviting business to go to. She was also very patient with all my questions never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I wasn’t planning on making an appt but after taking to Joy it just seemed right. 4 days later everything she said was correct and the waxing wasn’t that bad!!
But what surprised me the most was later that night I got a call from JOY asking how my appt was and if I had any further questions or concerns!!! Talk about going above and beyond!!!  You don’t get that customer service anymore. I’ll be back for sure and who wouldn’t with such great people working there.

I had an amazing experience for my first Brazilian! Maddie was a HUGE part of it and she's awesome! Already have my next appointment scheduled and I seriously can't wait!!

I have always been afraid of being waxed, and when I came here for the first time, it was such a great experience. I come back every month now! Emma does such a great job! She is so friendly, quick, and it's always pain-free. I could not be happier and I recommend Emma to anyone who is looking for a quality wax:)

Go see Emma! Her professionalism and knowledge of her field is top notch. Very sweet and personable, would recommend to anyone, especially first time waxers.
