This was the worst experience since I began going there. I left without getting wax service done. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone. When she hung up, she asked for my name. I was a few minutes early, but she never said how long before my service. I waited my customary 15 mins. During this time, she burped, yawned loud multiple times and complained about being sleepy and cold. I finally asked if they only had one person working, she said no, two, but they were running behind. Didn't offer, how far behind. She got up, I "assumed" to check to see how much longer before I would be taken. She came back with a drink and sat back down without saying one word to me. I left and will call tomorrow to speak to the Mgr.

I usually go to this place because I got the package for 12 months, and whenever I go they ask me to wait for a few minutes... and it was completely fine until I arrived 10 minutes late today.  I came via Uber so I spent 20$ to reach there but the receptionist was so rude and she told me she has no  available appointments  anymore. When 20 Minutes before she told me that she had 4 available appointments  ... I just want to say we all are human and it's really nice if we are tolerant to each other. 
I just have one question I already paid for 12 times would her reaction be the same if I wanted to pay today ? This taught me that buying a package makes things worse ....

Randi was AMAZING! She really did a good job... I was very pleased.. and so was my husband (lol). I've found a new spot!!!!!!!!!
