Megan was my stylist yesterday, and she was great.  I am very picky about the layers in my hair, and she was very attentive and accommodating, and took the time to do everything right.  My cut and style was exactly what I asked for, and the price was right.  She is very sweet, too.  The salon is kind of hard to find inside the store, so ask for directions when you make the appointment.

Isthar is my girl! Best ever! I remember I walked in the first time and I wanted my hair to be a certain color and I just wanted it done right then and there, and she convinced me about how damaged my hair was going to be and LOOK. I've never met a girl who cares about my hair that much and my hair looks SO good now! I just need one more treatment to finish the whole color! But damn, she's good!

Ummm... I called to make an appointment for a relaxer and a semi perm color.  The lady who answered the phone indicated there would be an additional charge for flat ironing (styling) of my hair...

WTH???  Don't you go to a stylist so you can get you hair STYLED???  So you want to charge me $70 for a relaxer then another charge for the semi perm color THEN I have to pay you an additional charge to curl my hair???  And if that's NOT the case, the employees at the salon don't know their own fees which is worse because that means they'll charge what they want WHEN they want!!!
