My first time at EWC was awesome. Lauren was amazing she talked to me the whole entire time. She made me feel very comfortable.

Don't buy their products- they will not stick by them if they are defective. I bought a $40 gel exfoliating product to use before showering. It turned to pure liquid after using half of it. When I brought the product to show staff, I was told the product was defective and has since been repackaged but they couldn't do anything for me. The staff member said she would pass along my information to the owner. I was called by the owner a week later and told I should not be storing the product in my bathroom but rather a closet or sock drawer since the product reacts poorly in steam conditions (this is a product you use before showering, keep in mind). I do enjoy keeping beauty products in my sock drawer(what?) A $40 product wasted and I was first offered $5 credit and then $10 after I complained of the poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer from their opening but will be taking my business elsewhere. They can keep the $10.

Always use EWC. They are the best waxing company and this store is no different. Friendly staff make the experience so much better and the hard wax hurts so much less than any other kind I've tried.

Not bad for your waxing needs. Price good. I feel like they dont remind you or allow you to use your points you earn with each visit

I love this place, the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and personable. Extremely knowledgeable of the waxing procedure, and the products that the company sells. The waxers (I like to try different ones) have been so awesome. The first time I went I was walked through the process, pain to expect and the actual wax itself. I was thrilled to hear about the process they use to keep bacteria to a minimum (I now watch where I go to get my eyebrows done because of this information). This company definitely seems to care about their customers well being and they certainly seem to care about the customer personally. Prices are a little bit on the higher side, but I'd rather pay more for the sanitation, accommodations, customer service and knowledge of products being used. Great job EWC. Keep up the awesome work!
