Kara is an awesome hairstylist. She really takes her time and listens to exactly what you're looking for. I've lived in Maryland for almost 7 years and I finally found a reasonably priced and great quality hair stylist. I have a short hair style so getting trims regularly is needed.  The price is very reasonable for a cut and style. And I never feel like I'm pushed into paying more for other services. I'll keep going back to Kara at AF!

I visited this spa in Feb of 2017. I got a massage, facial, mani and pedicure. This was a great experience and a great gift from my bf. Everyone there was great and did a wonderful job. Melissa did my facial, she was as nice and as funny as can be. She answered all questions I have about skincare and did an EXCELLENT job. I would really recommend this spa to everyone. Great experience!

About Faces is my go to for pedicures but I won't be going on a Saturday anymore. I love my nail girl. She always has my wine ready to go when I get there, the polish never chips before the next visit and we have great chats. However Saturdays they moved her downstairs and it's just not the same as the upstairs room. For the money I expect the privacy and relaxing atmosphere of the upstairs. Not the loud chaos of that is the downstairs nail stations shoved next to the bathrooms. Once I was done my girl left me to dry and start on her manicure that was waiting which was fine she always does. But then another nail styles came over and kicked me out of my chair, I wasn't even done my wine. This would be OK if they had a better place for me to go then closer to all the hair dryers and styles shouting their conversation over them. Not a relaxing experience at all. Needless to say my next appointment I made sure I will be back up stairs.
