I came to get my first bikini full wax ever and was terrified....I had Wax Specialist Cassie and omg was she wonderful. She made the experience a good one. She was very polite and talked with me the entire process. I can honestly say its not as bad as I thought it was going to be once I got passed the initial anxiety.  I will definitely be back for sure.

This was my first time at this location and I'm new to this area. I went in for a Brazillian and Ela did a wonderful job! I recommend going to her for this service! Fast and pain free. I am surprised that this location and service was much better than my hometown. I will go here often for eyebrows and more! I had an issue with my card not working because I recently moved, and the girls up front were patient and so nice about it. I was relieved knowing that they were patient and kind.

Unlike the rave reviews from others, I had a horrible experience.  The tech would not even leave the room when I disrobed.  She slapped on the wax and discarded the spatulas and other materials by throwing them over my body onto the counter.  I felt like I was part of an assembly line - get 'er in, get 'er out.  When I got back home and looked at the waxed area, it was sore and full of red marks.  OK, this was a free introductory offer, but I have had this done before at other places and knew what to expect.  What I got was not what I should have gotten, even for free. I will not return.

I came in over the weekend to get a bikini wax for the first time. I think her name was Taylor. It wasn't that bad but when i got home, i saw that the specialist missed spots. It could have been cleaner. Then, Iwould expect to see a mirror before I leave. The point of me getting the free wax was to start coming often.
