Was in the salon today. They don't have a receptionist so someone working on another person asks you what you want without making eye contact. I get acrylic nails and I asked the person doing my nails if she could not use the drill to shave down my nail but she laughed and continued to do it. There were a good amount of people in the salon but the music was really low and no one talked so there was awkward silence. Over charged for services.  Poor quality products.  Don't let the new look of the salon fool you!
