Just went to do my eyebrows at this place. As I was in the room and the lady started to apply wax on my eyebrows my infant started crying. She immediately took the wax off and said that she could not concentrate and was no longer going to do my eyebrows. I couldn't believe that I was basically kicked out of this place because my baby was crying.Not to mention that now I had to walk out with one eyebrow done. This say alot about their customer service and how professional they are. Will never be going back nor recommending this place. Such a horrible experience.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Very unprofessional. Amanda, the girl I was placed with was rude and went out to the reception area, telling me she'd be right back and had to tell the next guest she'd be with them shortly. In actuality, she went out there to talk about me. Little did she know my friend was in the waiting room and heard the whole thing. Needless to say, she did not get a tip from me, nor will nanuet have any of my business. New City European Wax is much better and much more professional.

I thought id be able to go to this location (since it is way more convenient for me) and get the same excellent service I do in New City but I was wrong. The front desk workers aren't as friendly and welcoming and the specialist thinks she knows everything. I told Sarah that the wax was too hot and she just said "it was the right temperature" I went home to see that my skin was starting to peel. I wont be going to this location anymore
