Easy check in. Tia was great! The upper lip wax was the most painless I’ve ever had and her work on my eyebrows is on point. I recommend you give this place a try.

Really this should be a 3.5. They are nicer than average but the actual waxing was just ok. Staff was professional and dealt with my piercing without getting wax on it and hurting me at all. Only reason I took off stars is because I prefer soft wax (I've got really straight hair that doesn't catch as well in hard wax) and it wasn't mentioned on their site or over the phone when I called to make sure they could work around the piercing that they ONLY use hard wax for bikini area. They did recommend sugaring but I'd had a bad experience that tore my skin badly at a different place and didn't want to risk it before a trip or try to find somewhere else to do the soft wax on such short notice. So I just went with the hard wax and it was fine, not great, not terrible, just fine.

Got my very first Brazilian wax today. I was so nervous but I went to Tia and she is absolutely AMAZING !!! she made me feel very comfortable, she was very professional, and explained everything she would be doing. I will definitely be going back and only for Tia !

I went here to get my free first time wax in 2013, and went on to purchase a wax pass. I got my eyebrows waxed and I must say I was pleased with the results. I forget my technician's name but she was friendly.The front desk receptionist was also friendly. She didn't try to up sell me but did point me to the brochures in case I was interested. Very clean place and professional.

I love love love Love European Wax Center whenever I'm not in town I try to have a EWC on speed dial .. But here at the Toco Hills location when I tell you Tia is the business honey hands down she will get you right I go to her all the time but she usually gets very booked up but other then that I love it here.
