This is a difficult rating to give, because I've gone here four times and had very different experiences each time. The first two times I went were pretty unremarkable. Staff was friendly and efficient and the work was decent. Two weeks ago, I had a nice mani/pedi and left happy. 
Today was a different story- I went for s regular manicure and it was not pleasant! The girl drew blood twice, at one point while trimming my cuticles sliced the corner of my fingernail off. The tools were brought to the table just loose in a basket, so it's not clear if they are sanitized between guests. The shape of my fingernails is weird too, I asked for round, but half of them seem to be some sort of bizarre point. And they are short! Left disappointed.

Tl:dr, it's total luck of the draw with the technician you get. Some of them seem great, others not so much.

I went here for the first time the other week. I just moved to this area and was nervous about going to a new salon. Everyone there is very nice! I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. I had to get my acrylics taken off and they did a great job. I mean it's an uncomfortable thing to sit through but the woman who did my nails was very kind and kept making sure it didn't hurt. Prices are very reasonable too! Will definitely be going back.

I'm very frustrated with this place. I have been there several times and gotten the S&S nails. The first 2-3 times I had them done, they were beautiful. The last two times, the technicians (different ones) seemed to take short cuts, rush through the procedure and made a mess. The first time it happened, the girl had to completely re-do three of the nails. The nails are initially "thick". She wasn't going to file these down until I said something. She was moving onto the next step. If she would have taken her time and done them right in the first place, she wouldn't have had to re-do. Last night, I got s nicer girl but she too took shortcuts. The bottle of one of the solutions was almost empty. Instead of getting a new one, she kept using it and I didn't get good coverage on the nails. The colors came out lighter or darker all over my hand. It looked like I had different colors on. So again a re-do. I arrived there at 4 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I was one of the only customers when I arrived. I left at 7 pm. I like the owners here but I'm not putting up with this kind of workmanship.

Great place! It's not super fancy, but who cares when everything else is great!
The staff is always nice and listens to what I want.
Prices are every affordable and lower than other places, even though the quality and services and very high.
I always go with the gelish manicure, and never had a bad experience.
I'm always welcomed when I want to go, whether by appointment or walk-ins!
