I had a shockingly bad experience with this company. In February, I tried to buy some other merchandise totaling $190 from their online store. The day after my purchase I was notified that they didn't actually have it but could make it. I said that I'd wait. Maybe 10 days later, I was told they couldn't make it. I decided to buy a corset instead. It happened to be the same price. First, the corset they sent me had a price tag that said "$129.99". When I inquired about this, I was told they make a cheaper version of this corset, which I was sent by mistake. I decided to keep it and take a refund for the difference. I had to ask twice for the refund. Well, this "cheaper" version ended up being faulty. I had only worn it once for about 3 hours and then put it back in my closet. When I took it out for a second wear, which was about 6 months later (sounds like a long time, but anyone who has a large wardrobe and many corsets knows you may not wear the same corset for a while), I began to tighten the laces and I noticed the fabric was pulling away from the seam at one of the front bones. When I contacted them about it, Jennifer said that never should have happened and that the fabric on this corset was "defective". They agreed to exchange it. However, when I received the replacement, it was a completely different fabric. Initially, I thought it was another mistake and emailed them to let them know they sent the wrong corset (again). Jennifer said, no, it was the right one; it was that they no longer used that fabric. I asked why I wasn't notified of this or asked if I would be okay with a corset that looked different, I did not receive a reply. When I said I did not like to new fabric and wanted to exchange it for one that looked closer to the one I purchased, I was passed off to the owner, Chrissy Grieco. Chrissy was very terse with me. She said they had been "working with [me] since March 2016" (yeah, in a series of problems which were all their doing), told me I had a three-day window period to return merchandise(?!), and insinuated that I could have worn it a lot. She said should would not accept a return but generously (sarcasm) offered me 50% off another corset. I replied and I told her that three days may not be enough to determine is there is a problem, which is why there are warranties. I also explained that she would be able to tell if I had worn it a lot because corsets will show wear in their fabric, bones, eyelets, laces, and if she inspected the corset, she would be able to tell it was barely worn. I told her that I still wished to exchange it because this replacement is not the corset I initially wanted and purchased. Silence. For two weeks. I sent another email. Again, no reply. Today, I called her. While the call started out alright, it quickly went downhill. She flat out refused to make the exchange. She said that she had "gone above and beyond" and "done everything [she] could for me", which apparently for her is just offering to exchange a bad corset and provide me a replacement -- even if it doesn't look like the product I agreed to pay $130 for. I was pretty angry at this point and told her that if she would not handle this in a professional manner, I would be returning it and contesting the charge with my credit card. She replied, "I guess it will get lost in the mail then." Wow. She admitted she is going to commit fraud! I told her I was shocked at how I was being treated and that it wasn't very smart of her to treat a customer like this in this day and age when I can share my experience with so many people. Then, she hung up on me. If this is the kind of person you want to give your money to, go right ahead. Just know that their merchandise essentially has a three-day warranty (read: useless in many cases) and if you need to exchange it, you may get whatever they feel like sending you. With so many places to buy corsets (just do a web search! I don't know why you'd want to shop here.

Went to the shop in Hobe sound today. The sales girl never once said hi or even looked up from her computer. I did find some things I liked but I put them all back and left. If my business isn't important enough to at least acknowledge that you are there then they don't need my business. I would not go back. That kind of attitude totally turns me off from giving them my business.
