They seem to like to interpret “please call me” as “oh, I’ll just e-mail them”.  Waited till the very last minute to tell us you don’t qualify for your policy anymore since you sold your house.  Well thanks for telling us 5 months later right at the last minute. Thank you for not calling us when we asked you to and e-mailing us when all we wanted was to see other policies.  If you want to avoid a future headache please don’t use a 3rd party.

Worked with Kyle, he was extremely helpful , very efficient, and so honest.  He called me and said that since I live in Galveston I would be able to get a cheaper deal with my home since they would be local.  That is true honesty when you lose business to give a customer the best possible deal.

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the knowledgeable and professional service I received from Insurance Agent Elizabeth Torres at Evans, Ewan, & Brady Insurance Agency.  Ms. Torres listened to my concerns and provided me with very clear explanations that allowed me to save over $800.00 a year over my current rate for homeowners and automobile insurance.  Plus I have much better coverage than my previous insurer provided.

I would recommend anyone wishing to save money and have better insurance coverage to contact Ms. Torres at Evans, Ewan, & Brady Insurance Agency.

Ms. Torres listened to my concerns and provided me with very clear explanations that allowed me to save over $800.00 a year over my current rate for homeowners and automobile insurance.  Plus I have much better coverage than my previous insurer provided.

Dear Elizabeth, 

We had been with State Farm for almost three decades, both as individuals and as a couple. Therefore, changing to another insurance company created a little unease on out part. You were patient, knowledgeable, and very equable while dealing with our many questions- even when we came up with things that caused you to have to go back to  “the drawing board.”
It was a pleasure dealing with you. You are very well suited in your role working with potential new clients. Although it is unlikely that we will be dealing with you should we ever have to file a claim, we hope that when we come into the agency we can stop by and say hello.
