Thanks Evans and to John! Here is what happened to me. Kearny Mesa dealers are the worst. They falsely told me that they couldn't repair my tire and I need to pay them $180 for a new one to a car I bought a year ago from them! Luckily, I took my car to Evans and they pulled the tiny nail out and they said that my car doesn't need a new tire and they didn't charge me anything. Thanks to Evans and to John. Toyota dealers please, treat people as human not as money bags!

This place sucks i purchased the 3 year alignment and a set of tires, i left and two weeks later the new tires were worn on the  inside. I went back because supposedly they got it align and it was obvious it wasnt. They put in new tires and they re check the alignment, they make me spend 480 bucks for parts that supposedly were bend and labor and then call me that something was wrong that they didn't know what was the problem but they couldn't get the right alignment, so i told them why they charge the 3 year alignment if they couldn't get it align right and why they make me spend 480 bucks more if those parts where not going to fix the problem and he said they tried to get it fix, so i ask them for the alignment money because i never got it done right, but this guy called carlos refuse to give it back because he said they tried. In other words they just stole my money and didnt fix anything. I went to another shop and they got it fix for just 100 dlls, so be careful if you're thinking on bringing your car to this shop make sure they give you a warranty that what ever they do is going to fix the problem not just try to fix
