Hit and miss at this location. They have a great selection bit their pricing is confusing. I am usually pleasantly surprised to find items less than their posted price. It makes me wonder about prices on items I pass over because they seem too high. I had a very friendly cashier in the morning that gave me an all day coupon. I returned that evening to use it and the cashier was rude and didn't want to honor it. I asked for a manager and she scoffed that I would fight for $6. She honored it after all. I think I'll stick to the Santee location.

I have been a customer at this store for over 7 years. I have never had any issues with service until today. I picked up shoes that were priced at 44 dollars as it said on the display shoe, the box scanned at 54 even though the display priced at 44. I believe there was an issue with the box. When I tried to explain this to the cashier, she told her manager that the box and display prices were different. The manager on duty, I believe her name was Nancy told me to, "shush." I felt very disrespected by her when all I asked was a question. I would give zero stars if I could, but that cashier that tried to help deserves 5 stars.
