I just noticed that Brad Hosick's review was for Heritage Federal and not Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union.  I have been a customer of ETFCU for about three years and my experience has been very good.

I have recently overheard and directly viewed (on social media) individuals complain about their banking institutions. I have no complaints about ETFCU and recommend the bank often. Thanks!

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. 
Heritage federal is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. They tried to tell me I hadn't been paying my vehicle payment and it was going to be taken, I showed them the receipts that THEY gave me, and bank statements. Their response was we don't know where your money Went. The same thing happened to a co-worker a few months later. And my girlfriend had gotten a new debit card, and they didn't remove the old card number off her account and someone had her old number using it, and they tried to tell her it was her fault. She closed all her accounts and moved banks and it still showing someone using it. Not to mention how rude they always are.
