I went to Old National to set up my student checking and online banking accounts and the process went very smoothly. I was helped by Zita, who explained to me all my options in an easy to understand way and got everything I needed set up for me. She also did so in a friendly and helpful manner. I left with a ready-to-go checking account and instructions on how to easily set up my online banking and the mobile app, both of which work really well. I would highly recommend Old National.

I have worked with Zita in customer service  with 2 different organizations.  She has always been helpful and patient!  She does her best to be as helpful as possible whether it is a simple question or a complex issue that needs to be researched!
