I took a pile of shoes here for repair and shine. They did an excellent job. The repair work was perfect. The shine was good, but I've had better, hence 3 stars. Overall, I'm happy with the service and will definitely go back.

Overpriced and poor workmanship. I got the heels of my Birkenstocks replaced in the fall of 2017. They didn't cut the sole at an angle, instead they made a cut perpendicular to the bottom of the shoe. They left a little gap between the sole of the shoe and the new heel, where the glue was visible and where rocks frequently got stuck. Furthermore, they initially did not sand down the heel so that it was even with the rest of the sole, making walking awkward and uncomfortable; I had to ask them after I had paid and tried the shoes on. They charged me double the amount I've paid at other places for a much better quality heel repair (also using the genuine Birkenstock sole material). I wore through the heels again and took them to a different place. Because of the perpendicular cut made by Everett's Shoe Repair, the shoes needed a larger amount of sole to make a nice, smooth diagonal cut, meaning I need to pay more for a heel repair every time.

we love this place. great work at a fair price. we moved away but still come back to have shoes, bags, belts etc. fixed. you need to go with the flow and not be pushy but we find them a delight

Ernie did a great job putting new soles on my hiking boots! The materials used were of the highest quality and workmanship excellent. He stands behind his work!
