As far as department stores, Nordstrom is the best. This particular location is a smaller c-level store but the employees are,as always, excellent. They have a cafe on the second floor and that is where customer service and returns is located. It is easy to park in the parking structure and take the elevator up to get to either of these spots in the store.

I purchase all my grandson's clothing at the Montclair Nordstrom.  A young lady in Children's dept by the name of Angelica always helps me with my purchases yesterday at my request she helped me shop for my entire family's Christmas gifts, YES. Nordstrom allows customer to have their favorite salesperson help you throughout the entire stores dept and allow them to get that commision, I trully feal very appreciated at how Nordstrom extends that extra hand HAPPY HOLIDAYS❄
