My family previously owned a Hot Springs spa, but figured we would try and shop around to see what else is to offer. After weeks of going all over Elkhart and Mishawaka we found ourselves walking into Evergreen Spas. We talked with Wendy and within 30 minutes I knew it was still the best brand on the market. I could visually see the quality was not to be beat, which was the most important thing to me. Wendy was very professional, but also very educated on her product. We have had it now for about 5 months and love it. The install crew was very respectful and did a whole walk-thru on how it works. This spa has the strongest jets and not a single issue. I had a friend buy a spa from a wholesale place on Grape Road and has nothing but issues. I have been in his spa and instantly felt a sense of relief for my choice. I am so glad I did not go where he did. I would like to end with a heartfelt thank you to Evergreen Spas and Wendy for making sure I have the best product on the market.

Evergreen Spas is the one stop place to shop if you're a first time hot tub shopper like my husband and I. I'm an extensive online review reader and after reviewing all the local options, there was only one place locally that had overwhelmingly positive reviews, Evergreen Spas. Our experience there was as all the positive reviews stated and Wendy, as well as all staff, was professional and knowledgeable with our vast list of questions. From the first steps into Evergreen, the delivery, installation and all contact since, they have lived up to all the positive reviews and now have yet another. As a first time hot tub owner with a hotspring spa, we couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Thank you Wendy and Evergreen for making our first experience so perfect. Nancy Ganshorn

My wife and I purchased a SoftTub 140 at the Northwest County Fair in Lynden, Washington in 2014. The price was reasonable, the delivery was on time, and everything we were promised happened like it was supposed to. We've been using the tub for two years and are as happy as we can be with it. No hot tub is easier to use and maintain than a SoftTub.
