Story

Spas Factory Direct (Formally Wholesale Spa Network) was founded in 1989 in Mishawaka Indiana. We were located on Grape Road next to Out Back Steakhouse for 18 years, prior to the fire at the Polito's Pizza, which destroyed out showroom as well.

We are well known in the Michiana area for not only offering quality Spas and Swim Spas, but also for our outstanding service and parts department. We stock more spa repair parts that any Spa/Hot Tub Store in Indiana. Not only for our Spa line (Master Spas), but for most other Spa manfacture's lines as well.

Since we have over 7,000 Spa & Swim Spa customers in Michiana, that have purchased our products over the past 20 years, we also offer trade-in's for customers that have purchased our Spas / Swim Spas in the past, and our looking to replace them with current models. Offering the trade-in program has proved to be a win/win for not only the customers, but for Spas Factory Direct as well. We have a lot of "first time buyers" that are seeking to purchase quality used spas as well.

We are proud to carry the Master Spas line up, which includes the Legend Series line, Twilight Series, Down East Series, Legacy Series, and Contractor Series Spas, as well as the entire line of the Michael Phelps Swim Spas.
