All I wanted was a simple cremation.  The service they provided was satisfactory but I wasn't happy with all the different fees they tacked on. They sure added up.

Washelli Bothell had a great staff and service led by Kevin and Leah. They were organized, timely, and compassionate. They made the whole process easier. Would recommend many them to anyone we know but hope that we don't have too anytime soon.

We were so pleased with the help we got from Kevin at Bothell Washelli.  Our elderly mom passed away before Christmas, and we had hoped to have a service that had its own identity and well away from the Christmas celebrations.  So we were trying to make things happen fast for the upcoming weekend.  Kevin was so calm and kind.  He just kept saying we'll get it together--otherwise we'll go to plan B.  Well, we didn't have to go to plan B.  We had a lovely service that we coordinated with Mom's church.  It couldn't have been nicer.  And really I don't think it would have happened without Kevin's help and calm demeanor.  There was no sales pressure and just nothing but support; at a sad and confusing time like that, what else could you hope for?  I really mean that.
