I was told when checking in that my insurance would cover all but 20% of my bill. However, while in the treatment room, I was informed that this was inaccurate, and that I would be responsible for full payment. I agreed to services with the understanding that I would be charged a 20% copay. That is what the man checking me in told me. This failure to properly communicate expectations was not acknowledged. The people at the front desk were completely blind to the fear they brought up because they did not communicate clearly or accurately.

They never answer the phone. Horrible experience if you want to a living person directly. Poor communication overall trying to get results of examination. There is disconnects between staff. Never want to visit these guys

Great care and front desk service. I have been going to Evergreen in Sammamish since they opened years ago and have never had a problem.
