The overall process was smooth and simple. Wayne was very courteous and helpful when it came to purchasing the truck of my choice. I was there for maybe an hour or two and before I knew it I was driving off with my truck. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

I CALLED TO SET UP A VIEWING TO PURCHASE A CADILLAC LISTED FOR $17,950 AND THEY SAID THEY HAD TO CALL ME BACK AND THEN WOULDN'T HONOR THEIR PRICE LISTED ON MULTIPLE SITES INCLUDING THEIR OWN STATING IT WAS AN ERROR AND THEY USED 3RD PARTY SITES. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN ERROR BECAUSE ALL THAT DAY THEY WERE SWITCHING THE PRICE BACK AND FIRTH. THEY THEN OFFERED IT TO ME FOR $26,000 INSTEAD OF $28,000. THIS IS CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH AND ILLEGAL. IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO OFFER IT TO ME AT THE PRICE ADVERTISER I WILL TAKE ANY 1 STAR REVIEW OFF BUT UNTIL THEN BE AWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PRICES EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A "EWING PRICE GUARANTEE"

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Sales representative was the best. Assisted with the whole sales process from start to finish and continues to do so. Facilities was clean and well kept. Answered all question put forth and with confidence and accuracy. Best if the best.

This dealership was a bright spot in an otherwise awful situation. My tires and wheels were stolen off my vehicle. When I called to arrange service, the phone was answered promptly and I dealt with the same person (Rick) who assisted me through the entire process. He assisted me with communicating with insurance, went to bat on my behalf with the insurance and even gave great advice. I had my truck serviced the week before at a different dealership. The other place was supposed to fix a recall which they found had not been addressed. This location is an hour from me but it is definitely worth the drive for further needs. I trust them 100%. In addition, their facilitities are very nice, welcoming and accommodating for any needs (rental return on location etc). Plus they serve fresh baked cookies while you wait although I had absolutely no wait when I arrived. Work was performed within 2 days and Rick was excellent about keeping me informed during the process.
