Reviews

Heat wasn't working, and their assessment was that the gas valve on the furnace needed replacing. This would have cost us $750, plus labour. The other choice given was to replace the furnace all together. Called Service Experts for a second opinion, and they had the heat running again in no time, for no charge. Turns out the problem was actually a blockage in a little tube connected to the valve that just needed to be cleared. 
Won't be calling Exclusive Cooling again any time soon.

They got our commercial fridge up and running saving thanksgiving weekend.  The tech was great and friendly.  We will use again.

From the first inspection to the installation of a new unit, every person involved were professional & informative.  I highly  recommend Exclusive Cooling for their products but especially for their customer service.  Thank you for the great service.

I felt like I was in a Seinfeld Episode. I had made an appointment on a Monday for a tech to come look at my boats refrigeration on Friday. I sat at the marina Friday until noon when I called for an estimated arrival time. After being on hold for a couple of minutes I was told by the receptionist that no one was coming that day. I felt like commenting that they were good at making appointments but bad at keeping them. Instead I asked to speak to the manager to inquire why I had not been informed of the cancellation so that I could try to find someone else.  He rudely told me that they were not coming and to call someone else and hung up. I assume customer relations are not their strong suit.
