CHRIS H. was excellent in delivering stellar repair service!  He was very professional, knowledgable, and personable.  He was able to fix our hot water issue quickly and when there was an additional follow-up issue a week later, he returned, to deal with it.  The process for setting up a service appointment was easy and the timeliness of the service calls was excellent.  Chris called when he was 15 minutes away, and was at the door 15 minutes later.  While, we have had some issues with Reliance as a large company, I am very impressed with the quality of service we have had to date.  Thank you!

Can't say enough good about the service I received.  My in home services have been great. Last year customer service left a lot to be desired with the call center. This lastest calls were where it needs to be with tact and knowledge. Great job!

Originally signed on with National which was bought out by Reliance.  Did not want to go with Reliance because of previous bad experience, found out not much has changed. Was given a quote of 472.00 to remove water heater. Told me that they had to honour old contract yet old contract stated a 150.00 removal fee or  i could drop it off in Kingston myself.  Kingston office phone is not manned and goes straight to a mailbox that is full.  Agents not helpfull, waiting on average 30 plus minutes for last 3 call.  Intentionally providing false information and made up inflated charges.  My advice is to buy your own on , they never service anyway.  Avoid avoid avoid

The sales representative Jill, was first class.  She identified our needs and explained in detail the advantages of our purchase. If I need to buy something else in the future I would contact her without hesitation. The installer, (sorry forgot his name) was top notch as well.  He explained the installation thoroughly and after he was done he took the time as well to educate us on our product.  Couldn't have asked for the process to go any smoother.

I phoned yesterday to report a problem with our hot water tank. A service rep showed up the same day and found out that we needed a new tank. The new tank was installed today. Bill, the service rep did the installation in an efficient and proper manner. He explained the function of the tank to me and left after he cleaned  up the work place.
I am amazed by the speed  that Reliance reacted to my problem.
Job well done!
