Sandeep Singla is like a wizard. I had to have three teeth pulled and had decided to just do local anesthesia so i was already gearing up for a very long and painful experience but this guy was like watching those guys who can rebuild an engine blindfolded in 5 minutes. I was out of there in just about 20 minutes including waiting for the Novocain to kick in with no pain at all. I highly recommend Sandeep for your oral surgery needs.

Where do I start? Ok, so I made an appointment for a consultation on a Friday for 2:30PM. My consult didn't happen until 4:45, 15 minutes until they close - and it only lasted 3 minutes. I should have known then to forget this place after they made me wait almost 2.5 hours. So I make an appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted a little over a month from when I had my consultation. The office is nice and the website seemed professional, plus they offer a great variety of sedation methods which I liked. I tell the girl at the front desk, Claudia, that I will need to know my responsibility after insurance. No problem she says. I have called back 4 times within 3 weeks and she still has not told me this information. Now it is the week of my appointment and she has promised 2 times to call me back with the information and it still has not happened (She claims she is the only one working in the office - not my problem - sound s like she needs some management and organization skills). As a bonus, I get a call today, 3 DAYS FROM MY APPOINTMENT I SCHEDULED A MONTH IN ADVANCE THAT THE DOCTOR DECIDED TO TAKE THAT DAY OFF AND I NEED TO RESCHEDULE. Are you kidding me? This place is giving me the run around and I do not recommend them unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

Nice looking office with what looks like modern furniture. Staff is good about explaining and working with insurance costs.
