This is an outstanding, superior pediatric dental office. Dr. Giuliano consistently provided an exceptional dental experience. He always came out to greet the patients and parents and was almost always of pleasant disposition. He is without a doubt extremely knowledgeable about pediatric dentistry and the human mouth in general. Dr. Giuliano always displayed common sense in his recommendations. He always showed and explained exactly why he felt the way he did about his conclusions and suggestions. He is a very approachable person, and I doubt this is a dentist children would be afraid of; I know I never was. I was not as familiar with Dr. Basilicato, however, my experiences with him were always positive and professional. He seemed to have a good idea of what he was doing as well. The dental assistants and staff were of varying degrees of friendliness and I never had an issue with any of them. The waiting lounge is of a moderately small size and rife with magazines. A small coat rack can be found near the entrance. In the back is a museum like display of teeth and mouth exhibits. Adjacent to it, believe it or not, lies a small arcade room where you can actually play arcade games while you wait. It is very popular with the children, and occasionally the parents. It kind of makes you look forward to visiting the dentist. The dental office is located in the upper part of the building and thankfully is not of the same climate as the greenhouse like entry downstairs. All in all, I found Dr. Giuliano's practice to be of the highest quality, and I believe that my experiences there were a positive impact on my dental health and on my life.
