We recently bought a home listed by one of the agents in this group. Throughout the process, she was rude on the phone, and on multiple occasions hung up suddenly in response to legitimate questions.

Now in our home for 1 week, a window has begun to leak. We contacted her to ask the name of the contractor who recently installed the window so that we could contact him ourselves and get it fixed ourselves. As with prior interactions, she refused to provide any assistance and hung up suddenly.

Next we contacted Exclusive Properties Realty/Living Great Group through the "contact us" option on their website. This was their response in writing (spelling and grammatical errors are theirs): “Your problems are not hers - She was never rude to you, nor your realtor but in fact it was quite the opposite and we believe you have it wrong and reversed. There is nothing we can do for you. The deal is closed. Whatever your emergency is no longer ours. You passed inspection and should a problem exist than I suggest you handle it as a homebuyer. Kindly refrain for contacting us and deal with your home issues yourselves.. Perhaps your realtor who was so wonderful should enlist the help of someone she knows.”

As it turns out, it seems this agent’s lack of professionalism is not isolated to her alone but instead is consistent with that of her employer. 

If you are interested in a property listed by this company, run quickly in the other direction. Your business would be best served elsewhere.

LOVE MY HOUSE!! The owner and Amy were my realtors and they were amazing! I really recommend buying your house from them

Doesn't even deserve one star. Went to get a rental property through this company, and the realtor Amy. A and the owner of the property scammed me out of money. I gave them everything they needed plus all the money and never got access to the property. Will be suing both realtor and owner. Don't use this company, you will lose your mind and your money.
