I moved in about two months ago, everyone in the office was extremely helpful during the move in process. I had an issue where I needed to call the super after hours, he came out promptly an fixed the issue immediately. There are lots of stores and food places within walking distance. I'm just starting to get settled but so far so good!

Everyone at Fair Lawn Commons were wonderful. They were very cooperative and made my move-in very smooth and easy. This is a great place to live!

Although I had a bit of background about the place, I met nice people, polite and willing to help and answer all questions I had.
Highly recommend the place for housing

Love, love, love Fair Lawn Commons.  Outstanding, professional staff especially Rhoda (my favorite), Andrew, and Isaac.  I have only the best things to say about the entire team and living here.  They have been nothing but positive, helpful, respectful, and incredibly nice to me over the past six years.  Fix things super quickly, keep the grounds very clean, always get back to me same day, and best of all they really do care and look out for me. I have a very positive relationship with the Fair Lawn Commons team and recommend them and the property highly to others.

In looking for an apartment I found your web site, visited the 1 bedroom and   
immediately took it. Completely refurbished with everything brand new. Moving from a large house, this apartment feels like a house.The few issues were immediately taken care of by staff. I feel very fortunate to have have moved to Fair Lawn Commons.
