I went in search of a recumbent bike for my small condo.  Kim listened to what I needed and never attempted to up-sell me to something that wasn't in my budget.  Just as we were walking to the counter to write up the order I saw this amazing rower and made a comment that it was my dream to row but I had no space for a rower.  I think she saw my eyes light up and promptly pointed me to a Water Rower that stands up when it's not in use.  She took the time to show me how it worked and never once pressured me. There was already one assembled that I could purchase if the finish was what I wanted (it was).  She helped me load it into my car, gave me pointers on how to fill it with the water and made sure I knew that if there were any issued to just call her.  I had a question when I got it home and called her.  She was patient, kind and respectful through this entire process.  I went in for a bike, left with a rower and am totally impressed with her service and knowledge.

Another outstanding experience with Kim and Paul.  This store is excellent.  Save yourself a bunch of time and just get it here.  

I've been doing business with this team for many years.  Why?  Their customer service is wonderful, the staff is friendly and professional.  Their products are top-of-industry.

Skip the discount big-box retailer - where are they if you need something?  These folks service what they sell and the staff is highly trained.

Excellent customer service. Great assortment of equipment. Competitive pricing.  If your looking for top of the line gym equipment in the Beaverton area this is the place. I already wasted gas visiting all the other choices. Wish I would have gone here first.
