Ross is exactly what you'd expect at a budget department stores. Big open spaces. Affordable clothing. Almost always have one of their security guards at the front to greet you. Friendly enough staff... But naughty never have enough at the getting to check out

This store is very serious about security. The manager greets you when you walk in, and not in a friendly way but in a "I'm watching you" way, which is off-putting to say the least. There are also cctv monitors around the store that show shoppers in various departments that are being video taped. I like Ross as a whole and I probably won't stop shopping here but I really don't like such a huge emphasis on anti-theft.

Cheap items. Not the dirtiest and not the cleanest. But had staff which is odd. Even though the line was long it went by quickly

the employees there were friendly enough. And bought a spotlight flashlight let's see me really cool but when I got it home and out of the package it didn't work

Horrible customer service. They have 2 lines. One for purchases and the other for returns. We were waiting in the purchasing line and there was another person in the return line. There was one person at the registers (there should have been more, there was a line). The cashier called up the first person for the returns and then a second person came for returns. After the cashier was done with the first person returning, we were coming up to him and he said "Sorry, that lady has been waiting a long time" like we weren't. We just put our clothes down on the table and left. Horrible customer service. They need to hire new workers who are actually good at giving good customer service. I would give a lower rating if I could.
