EXIT. Is the word.My agent initial SBA tried to call the title company a day before closing and have them up her commission 1 per cent, which would have cost  me 2000$ if I had not caught it in time. She did not tell me where closing was . By the time I found out where it was taken place by the title company, I was told closing was over to sign 3 papers and was giving a check. For the sale of my house. I'm still trying to get back 1000$  good faith offering .

These people...are very unprofessional. I booked an appointment with them on a Saturday, had to reschedule, asked if I could possibly come in on Sunday? Was told yes, and asked to pick a time, I picked one. When I showed  up --ON TIME -- the door was locked, and the once eager agent was not answering my texts...their website is OK so I may still use it, but buy a house with these people??? Not me. Never. At least explain what went wrong, don't just disappear when things get a bit uncomfortable. If they had just apologized and rescheduled with me, everything would have been fine. He didn't even bother to explain why the agent did not show up, or provided her number so I could contact her directly. Drove half and hour out of my way for nothing! Don't bother with these unprofessional people!
