WORD OF ADVICE: ALWAYS READ THE WHOLE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING, MY AGENT CAROL GARLAND BATEMAN EXCHANGED EMAILS ,I HAVE THE PAPER TRAIL TO PROVE IT. SHE AND I AGREED THAT I WOULD NOT PAY CLOSING COSTS AND THE BUYER WOULD. WE HAD TALKED ON THE PHONE EXCHANGED EMAILS AND I " THOUGHT" IT WAS CLEAR . WHEN IT CAME TIME TO E-SIGN ALL PAPER WORK I "THOUGHT" ALL WAS GOOD, BUT LITTEL DID I KNOW CAROL HAD TAKEN THE LIBERTY TO HAVE WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT THAT I WAS TO PAY CLOSING COSTS, OF COURSE SHE SAID NOTHING , I WAS SHORTED $3000.00 FOR CLOSING COSTS AND SHE SAID " IT WAS ALL IN THE CONTRACT YOU SHOULD HAVE READ IT".
I GOT YOU CAROL , I KNOW YOUR TYPE ! THANKS FOR THE EXPENSIVE LESSON .
