This is my first time trying to buy a home i found him on here {Zillow} thru a house i clicked on and made the mistake of a lifetime he was not knowledgeable and provided no help, me and my husband sent him over 30+ properties that we found and he was able to show is at least 7-9 properties because he stated i had an hfa and allot was not accepting and it seemed that they where all the low priced ones, we finally decided on a house and he did not want to negotiate on our behalf because he continued to advise me against asking for anything such as them paying closing cost or them fixing anything in the home because he stated i was making  equity right off top and also they had also ready lowered the price that would be insulting them .................and they would raise asking price...when i forced the issue to have him make the offer the sellers agreed each and every time the whole process was horrible and finally i backed out of the contract after loosing money already because i just felt i was being played he never wanted to show me home under a certain price and also it felt like the whole time he was working for them and not for my best interest as we speak right now he has been sending me continuous threats stating that he and his broker Zach Seybold will sue me and when i contacted Zach and he tried to justify and state that all that happened was not his agents faults and that i think they know what the other side has going on and they dont then zach told me that i was being unreasonable even thought i tried to send him all the screenshot of the unethical treatment and the stress that Benjamin was placing on me in this whole process it has been a NIGHTMARE.... as i am writing this benjamin has sent me an email stating that i cannot attempt to buy any properties that WE SPOKE OF not seen OR SENT THRU THE MLS EMAILS he took me to see 9 properties and the others where ones I sent him but this morning  he sent me a list of almost 50+ properties that the mls systems had sent me and he stated that "the Florida statute states that if he is the {procuring cause} of the property that he is due a commission"{and he is just trying to warn me to not put myself In a sticky situation} and this was this morning when i has asked him to get a list of the exact address of the properties that he showed me to make sure that he doesn’t feel i am trying to go behind his back and buy one because i am not ,,,,,he was not working for me so i needed a new realtor.  as of today i am filling a full complaint with the realtors board and i hope all that read this is aware of how he can become if you choose to work with him and change your mind .. Also when i asked to speak to the companies lawyer or higher management the broker Zach advised me that they don’t have legal teams sitting around to waste time talking to me and to just go on about my business .

I have worked with Zach for several years now and his strong sense of character and integrity are the reasons I continue to.  I have seen first hand how his knowledge of the industry as well as his extensive understanding of Real Estate contracts have worked to the benefit of his customers as well as the agents working underneath him and I would recommend Zach any day.

When I was transferred from New England to the Orlando area in 2003, Zach helped me buy my first home.  Not only did he negotiate a great deal on the perfect home for me, but when I was transferred back to New Hampshire he sold my house in less than 2 weeks for top dollar!  He’s always got my best interest at heart and subsequently, we became and remain great friends for years now.  Even though I no longer live in the Orlando area, I still call Zach for real estate advice and he shares his expertise enthusiastically.

Zach was instrumental in getting our short sale done right! Even when the attorney's were not getting it done, Zach stepped in and handled the details. Zach is a true professional and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend Zach for all real estate transactions.

Zach is our go to Realtor for short sales that we process. He consistently sells properties faster than any other Realtor I have worked with and also makes sure the offers are in line with market value. I would highly recommend Zach for any transaction.
