I am a retired Realtor, and we chose John for his professionalism and knowledge, for selling our rental property.  He represented my husband and me in a tricky transaction involving multiple offers, doing a wonderful job all the way along, while keeping us informed.  We have been contacted by John a number of times since that closing.  I can't say enough about his skills, knowledge and professionalism.

Horrible, their agent John Muccigrosso doesn't care about his clients AT ALL.  He never showed up at the house closing, never thanked me, NOTHING  It's been 4 months now and not a single word.  He is very irresponsible; he didn't explain anything to me as we went along like he promised he would before I actually signed the contract hiring him.  When getting the paperwork ready for the buyer's lawyer he didn't even mention the line of credit that was out on the house.  Also, the broker that works above him promised that he would call me back after he spoke with John to see what the problem was and I never heard from him again either.  Great Job Remax 200, you really made me feel like a worthless customer.
