Arrived in less than an hour after we called. The Plumber was knowledgeable, very personable, and thorough. He provided a written estimate, completed the repair, cleaned up the site, and tested his work. It has been nearly a week now and we have had no further problems. After a short discussion my wife and I agreed that we would not hesitate to call Expert Plumbing again should we  have any other problems.

I called and made an appointment to have the main outlet pipe checked out from my house to the septic tank. At that time, on the phone, I was told it was $65 for diagnostic services. (Isn't sticking a camera in a pipe to see if there is a problem a diagnostic service?!) When the guy showed up he started rattling off pricing starting at $400/hr and up from there depending on how much was involved. After explaining I only needed a camera stuck in the pipe he said he could do a special price of $275 for a half hour. It took maybe a total of 20 minutes for him to scope the pipe and verify there were no breaks or problems. 

I gave 2 stars since they were courteous and on time, which is a positive, but the pricing of the services delivered was a bit ridiculous for a small job out of the pocket of a homeowner.

Needed some quick work done and expert was on the spot. Very professional and high quality work. Lukas gave us some good better best options and wasn't pushy when I wanted to stay within my budget. I would recommend these folks for any plumber needs.

Lukasz and Sean installed a new water heater in our new home . They were very friendly and professional. Lukasz even had some jokes. They answered every question that we had. They gave their professional opinion without pressuring us to purchase anything that we didn't need. They are two good dudes that do great work. I've hired a number of plumbing companies to do work even back in my house before this one but Expert Plumbers seems to not only have people who do good work but who also have good character.
