My husband and I woke up to the tubs backing up and the toilets emptied. We found out that our basement was raining from the ceiling in one of our back rooms so we contacted many plumbing services desperately trying to find someone to come out immediately! We got a hold of this plumbing and sewer services who sent out 2 men who had no interest in looking presentable or acting in a professional manner. They came down to the basement and told us our sewer line that empties from our house was backed up. After that they said they needed a large garbage can, to which we stupidly obliged. After that they figured that can was not big enough so they went outside to bring in our garbage toter (which is NOT water proof) and they continued to place a black bag on the inside to catch the contents of the pipe. They unscrewed the cap to the sewage line and in poured gallon after gallon of raw sewage! After the pipe was emptied, it stopped raining from the ceiling (to our relief) and they determined that the pipe was sheared off at the wall and would have to be replaced. We have plumbers who have done work at our house before but just couldn't get here in time to stop the problem at hand (the ceiling raining) which was why we needed a more urgent fix. After the sewage was emptied into our garbage toter we realized it was leaking out onto our floor now and we had to do something to contain it. We asked the men what they were going to do with the water in the toter now and they promptly replied that "My husband and I could take it out in buckets and throw it on the lawn ourselves". Now I am not the plumber and I didn't feel that was my job, our other option he said was to saw off the PVC piping to the ejector pump and dump it down there. Now that didn't sound like such a good idea because we had just emptied water from that pipe why would we dump it back in there??!? So, I called our other plumber who said he was now on his way and told us do not let him cut any PVC pipe and dump it in there. We told the men that we were not going to have them do the work (meaning fix the pipe outside because we had our guy coming now) and their demeanor completely changed. They began walking out and told us its $300 dollars for the visit and they walked out. My husband and I were in a panic because now they have left us with 40-50 gallons of crap water in a leaking toter in the basement and we were now trying to contain that mess as well as clean the water up from the other room that was previously leaking from the ceiling!! These men had no interest in cleaning up the mess they made and in hindsight we should have never paid them for such a MESS they made!! An hour later they drove past our house, honked and waved. and we couldn't understand why they would still be in the area. Also, we didn't walk out with them and I would hate to be right in accusing them but that same day my keys went missing from the room that they walked out through unsupervised. We are not for certain and are hoping that they are better people then that but the keys haven't turned up since and this was from the beginning of April (4-4-2017) already! I would hope I am wrong but things don't just go missing, especially after how they're attitude changed when we told them they weren't getting the job. I would steer clear of this company, they were contracted out and go by the name Rooter Express. Also, we have made two attempts to call this company and get the problem resolved but to no avail. We have not had calls returned (as promised) and they do not seem interested in finding any solution to this bad experience we have had!!

My experience with Plumbing & Sewer Services is very positive. We needed a qualified plumber to perform maintenance of our plumbing system. They were very professional and finished the job in a timely manner!

Received great plumbing service from Plumbing & Sewer Services. Plumber worked quickly, was professional and the price was fair! We will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems!

I have used Plumbing & Sewer Services for my last two plumbing jobs. On each occasion it was an emergency.No extra fees. I highly recommend him. He's a nice guy, too.
